Jake is an Associate at Commercial & Infrastructure with over 9 years’ of experience delivering major civil engineering projects across the UK and Australia.

Holding a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying and a Chartered Membership with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), he has developed expertise across commercial management, change management, contract management and procurement. This experience underpins a practical, detail-oriented approach to cost management and enables him to add value to project teams from the earliest stages of project delivery.

Known for his proactive approach and commercial acumen, Jake builds strong relationships with clients subcontractors and key project stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and deliver successful projects.
