Linda is an executive coach and organisational consultant with 30+ years of cross-industry leadership experience and a deep specialisation in executive and leadership development. Her career includes senior roles in higher education, banking, information management, and aviation services, where she was consistently tasked with building new functions and services to support growth, performance, and change.

As founder and principal of Radiant Coaching and Consulting, LLC, Linda works primarily with senior executives who are stepping into the largest and most complex roles of their careers. She is co-creator and co-host of the Forever Changed Podcast, where life-altering stories come to light.
