Commercial & Infrastructure is proud to have supported Transport for NSW on the Richmond Road Upgrade between the M7 Motorway and Townson Road, a project with the objective of relieving the current corridor congestion and providing road capacity to support the growth of the Western Sydney region.

This upgrade involved the widening of Richmond Road to six lanes, new road pavements, drainage utility works and construction of two new bridges.

Our team provided cost and project advisory throughout the design phase. We were engaged to independently assess three top-tier contractor submissions, with a detailed focus on cost, constructability and delivery risk. The team formally advised Transport for NSW of our findings to support a clear and confident final decision.
