Keith Industrial Estate Expansion

The project involves a road construction of 1km in length with 122,845 sqm land development surrounding the project site. The scope of the project includes major civil enabling work for the Estate area, involving bulk earthworks, pavement, drainage, services and common service trenching.

Tatiara Council has engaged Commercial & Infrastructure to undertake a pre-tender cost estimation of the project’s scope of works. Utilising a first principles estimating approach, our team were required to carefully consider construction sequencing and needed to source specific market supply and subcontractor rates for estimate input.
