Amentum New Medical Clinic and Gym

The New Gym and Medical Clinic Project involves the design and construction of a new building located in the Northern Territory. Funded through private investment, the project will provide citizens with a new wellness centre and is a welcomed contribution to the community.

Commercial & Infrastructure were engaged to provide a valuation of the Contractor’s prolongation experienced through project delivery. Our team formed part of the wider legal team engaged by the Contractor and were required to review the impact of various project disruptions and their associated cost impact to the Contractor. Our team provided valuation methodology and supported the claim strategy at early stages through advising on the cost impact of various components of the claim.
