The Gosford TAFE project involved the development of a new multi-million-dollar campus, bringing together TAFE NSW and the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music. The project aimed to expand education and training opportunities while supporting employment, housing growth and the broader revitalisation of the Central Coast.
C&I were engaged to support the preparation and management of the Gosford TAFE Final Business Case, working closely with TAFE NSW and key project stakeholders throughout the process. Our role included managing subconsultants and client requirements, drafting the Final Business Case, facilitating Project Control Group meetings and providing ongoing project governance and coordination.
