Formerly known as Sydney Metro Greater West, the Western Sydney Airport Line includes the construction of six new metro stations, a 23km of track installation and the procurement, operation, and maintenance of rolling stock.

As the D&C Contractor’s Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Advisor, C&I has been engaged to provide cost, quantity and commercial support across the project. Our services included design cost planning and procurement support, downstream contract administration, and variation quantification and pricing. We provided claims and dispute avoidance advice, along with management of the Cost-Risk Share regime. C&I also supports the Commercial team with reporting and commercial strategy across upstream and downstream commercial matters.
