Mamre Road Wastewater, Potable and Recycled Water Network Upgrade

The Mamre Road Precinct, within the Western Sydney Aerotropolis Growth Area, was rezoned for industrial development in 2020 and requires new wastewater infrastructure. The preferred servicing solution includes gravity mains along Mamre Road and two pump stations (SP1221 and SP1222), with rising mains connecting to the Upper South Creek Advanced Water Recycling Centre. The two-pump-station solution reduces the depth of gravity pipelines required across the precinct’s undulating terrain.

Commercial & Infrastructure was engaged to develop P50 and P90 Risk-Based Cost Estimates (RBCEs) based on the Concept Design documentation and underlying base cost estimate. The scope included review of project cost and risk assumptions, facilitation of risk workshops, development and quantification of the project risk register, preparation of the Basis of Estimate Report, and probabilistic risk analysis to establish P50 and P90 project cost outcomes.
