The Mamre Road Wastewater Upgrade involves the construction of new gravity driven and pressurised sewer mains along Mamre Road to support the ever growing demand with this Western Sydney Priority Growth Area. In addition to the new mains, the project requires horizontal directional drilling and construction of two new pump stations.

Commercial & Infrastructure were engaged to produce risk assessed cost estimates for the project. Our team produced first principle estimates, facilitated risk workshops, developed quantitative risk analyses and recommendations for value/risk management. Our team provided ongoing support to Sydney Water during the finalisation of the Business Case, continuously monitoring cost/risk change across the project’s development.
