Mamre Road Potable and Recycled Water Upgrade

The Mamre Road Water Main Upgrade involves the construction of new potable and recycled water mains along Mamre Road designed to support the ever growing demand with this Western Sydney Priority Growth Area. The project will see future water demand needs addressed, providing an invaluable extension of Sydney Water’s network through this area.

Commercial & Infrastructure were engaged to produce risk assessed cost estimates for the project. Our team produced first principle estimates, facilitated risk workshops, developed quantitative risk analyses and recommendations for value/risk management. Our team provided ongoing support to Sydney Water during the finalisation of the Business Case, continuously monitoring cost/risk change across the project’s development.
