Port Botany Terminal Upgrade

This project involved significant pavement upgrade and service works to accommodate the expansion of Port Botany and construction of Port Botany’s world first automated lifting mechanisms.

Commercial & Infrastructure key individuals completed the project management plan documentation for this project to manage the civil works component of the project. We worked closely with port personnel to ensure that the plan aligned with the project objectives and constraints and was in line with industry best practices. Associated potential risks were identified which led to the development of risks mitigation processes and strategies that would minimise the risk impact.
