The Mulgoa Road Upgrade Stage 2, 5A and 5B projects are brownfield development comprising of the widening of an existing 4 lane road. The project aims to reduce travel times and improve traffic flow between Glenmore Parkway to Jeanette Street (Stage 2), Blaikie Road to Union Road (5A) and from Jamison Road to Union Street (5B). The site is located at Penrith and is an important arterial in each direction, easing congestion and facilitating future development of the community and services in the region.

Commercial & Infrastructure key individuals have been actively involved in the development of cost estimates throughout the concept design milestones of the project. The role included producing estimates for the various stages of the project, under consideration of both concurrent and segregated delivery, while considering efficiencies and risk profile changes. Our team were able to provide the client with clear and transparent cost advisory which aided procurement strategy moving forward.
