Spring Farm Parkway at Menangle will deliver a connection between Camden Bypass, the Hume Motorway and Menangle Road to provide an east-west link that would service existing and future residential land releases and support the Greater Macarthur Growth Area. Stage 1 of the Spring Farm Parkway would provide a new four lane divided road extending almost one kilometre. The Parkway would connect Menangle Road to the Hume Motorway and Spring Farm, Elderslie, and Menangle Park.

Commercial & Infrastructure key individuals led and managed the entire cost advisory services for this project. The team were responsible for undertaking and reviewing all first principles estimates, which were supported by the market interaction and constructability advise. Our team’s efforts in site attendance and detailed discussions with project managers resulted in the key costing considerations within the estimate, leading to a credible and robust estimate – which has since been validated in the market and delivered within the anticipated budget.
