Western Sydney Rapid Bus Program

The Western Sydney Rapid Bus Program project involves the development and implementation of a new bus network to service the new Western Sydney Airport and Aerotropolis Precinct. The project will see the procurement and operations of a new Zero-Emission bus fleet, construction of a new depot facility and multiple civil works packages including new bus layover facilities and road corridor upgrades.

Commercial & Infrastructure are engaged as the program wide cost advisors and are working with TfNSW and external stakeholders to develop risk assessed cost estimates through the project’s development. Our involvement includes the facilitation of risk workshops, first principles cost estimation and detailed basis of estimate reporting. Our team are also exploring value management opportunities across the project, working closely with government and SMEs to explore areas of cost saving and risk mitigation strategies.
