Snowy Hydro 2.0

The Snowy Hydro project involves the design and construction of a new hydro-electric facility which will provide renewable energy across Australia. The mega-project involves extensive TBM tunnelling, M&E works, water treatment and supporting civil works.

C&I has been engaged to provide ongoing completions advisory services including a gap analysis of the existing strategies and management plans, and implementation of a pathway to revise these strategies. C&I facilitated workshops with senior leadership of the EPC Contractor and Employer Side (SHL) to resolve questions relating to project delivery and completion obligations. Our team developed a revised Handover Management Plan and strategy and drafted a Taking Over Management Plan, which were implemented as the primary governing strategy. C&I has also developed a number of management tools and will continue to manage handover and completions outcomes to facilitate a controlled and compliant handover.
