Zero Emission Buses – Tranche 1
The Zero Emission Bus – Tranche 1 Project is a multi-billion dollar initiative to transition the state’s current 8,000+ diesel fleet to zero-emission’s technology in an effort to reach net zero emissions by 2050. This involves bulk procurement of brand new buses and construction/conversion of new/existing bus depots to cater for the new zero-emission fleet.
Commercial & Infrastructure were engaged to conduct an independent review of project costings. This involved forensic analysis of costs developed by a third party consultant, as well as validation of key costing assumptions. Our team took a collaborative approach, ensuring that findings from our review could be openly discussed amongst the project team and properly implemented.
