Port of Melbourne – Road and Rail Infrastructure

The Port of Melbourne – Road and Rail Infrastructure project aims to improve the efficiency and connectivity of the port through the development of new road and rail infrastructure. The project involves the construction of new road links and the upgrade of existing roads to improve access to the port, as well as the development of new rail connections to facilitate the movement of goods to and from the port.

Commercial & Infrastructure key individuals experience was involved in preparing preliminary cost estimates for the road and terminal infrastructure elements of the project. Our team was able to provide project stakeholders with a clear understanding of the costs involved in the project and ensure that the project remained financially viable. This information was critical in securing funding for the project and in guiding the decision-making process throughout the project’s development.
