Glenlyon Street Upgrade, Gladstone
Glenlyon Street between Bramston and Herbert Street, Gladstone was identified as reaching the end of its pavement life. Gladstone Council proposes to renew the road
pavement and upgrade the road corridor. The project scope is to construct a 2 no. 3.8m Traffic Lanes with typical 2.4m wide parking lane for north & southbound lanes.
The existing footpath along Glenlyon Street east side will be removed and placed with new concrete footpath.
Loftus Contracting engaged Commercial & Infrastructure to complete a pre-tender cost estimate and detailed methodology for their tender response to Gladstone Council. Our team liaised with the Contractor to determine their capacity, agree a methodology and explore cost saving opportunity to develop the estimate. Loftus Contracting utilised the cost estimate and methodology developed by our team to form a strong tender submission.
