Our team successfully performed a quantity take-off analysis based on both the tender drawings and construction drawings for a construction project. The objective of this analysis was to accurately estimate the required quantities of different construction materials, such as concrete, steel, and bricks, based on the project’s specifications and drawings. The assessment report provided a detailed and in-depth analysis of the variation works, including any potential implications on the project’s timeline and budget.
