Commercial & Infrastructure were engaged to provide strategic cost estimating services to Stantec under the Contractors estimating requirements. The scope of work includes significant road embankment stabilisation within the NSW region. Our scope included estimation of several options to explore value-management within the design while also flagging constructability constraints and feasibility within the design.
